Milestone-Based Delivery

  • Each phase has defined deliverables and acceptance criteria.
  • You review and approve before we proceed to the next phase.
  • No work proceeds without written sign-off.
  • Timeline estimates provided upfront with buffer for unknowns.

Change Request Process

  • Scope changes documented in writing with impact assessment.
  • Cost and timeline impact communicated within 48 hours.
  • Changes require mutual approval before implementation.
  • No surprise invoices — you always know the cost before we proceed.

IP Ownership

  • All custom code, models, and documentation are yours upon payment.
  • We retain no proprietary rights to your deliverables.
  • You receive full source code, deployment scripts, and documentation.
  • We may retain general methodologies and frameworks (not your specific implementation).

Post-Launch Support

  • 30-day hypercare period included in every engagement.
  • During hypercare: bug fixes, performance tuning, knowledge transfer.
  • After hypercare: optional retainer for ongoing support ($2K-$5K/month).
  • Monitoring and alerting setup included in all deployments.
  • Runbooks and documentation for your team to operate independently.

Warranty

  • 90-day warranty on all delivered software.
  • Bugs in delivered scope fixed at no additional cost.
  • Performance benchmarks defined and measured during delivery.
  • If we don't meet agreed benchmarks, we fix it — included in scope.
